They assess the client to identify the most appropriate chair for their needs; take their measurements; select and identify the correct seating system; and then enter all data into the manufacturer’s script form to accurately quote and order the equipment.

Identifying clients’ postural needs and ensuring that the equipment is suitable for the client’s potentially progressive condition, weight, or future postural changes is an important part of the scripting process.
