Post Deliveries Coordinator
Medical Administration (Healthcare & Medical)
Location: Port Melbourne
Full-time Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekend work.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 + superannuation (depending on experience)
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, methodical Post Delivery Coordinator to join our Accounts team at our Port Melbourne office. You’ll be the person who ensures every delivery, collection, visit, and asset record is processed correctly across all sites. You are the standard-setter for accuracy across the entire company.

About the Role
The key responsibility of the equipment cleaner and warehouse assistant is to ensure that all rehabilitation and medical equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and packed away, ready for use, as well as keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised, while supporting our team in providing excellent service to our clients.
