Booster is designed to reduce anxiety of using your existing air cushion by measuring and maintaining your clinician’s recommendation for relative pressure in an air flotation cushion, and eliminating the need to manually adjust it.
Booster can be installed onto most full-sized vertical single-cell air flotation wheelchair cushions and is a small device that provides user detection, automatic leak detection, ambient adjustments, and a good battery life.

Core Technologies
Booster uses two of Kalogon’s core technologies the Air Management System and Ambient Sensing System.
The Air Management System performs the following functions: user detection, leak detection, and blocked airway detection. It Manages and maintains the prescribed pressure set on the Booster unit or in the Kalogon App.
Ambient Sensing System takes into account temperature, altitude, and other environmental factors to determine what is needed to keep the cushion at the relative prescribed pressure for the individual user.
The Ambient Sensing System accounts for ambient temperature and pressure changes due to environment, such as altitude and weather conditions and adjusts the air-cells accordingly to maintain presets.
NOTE: Cushion is NOT included.
